Very good; you read the first sentence in my previous response. Now, go back and read the second sentence that answers ^this now unnecessary question. No it doesn't. You claim wrongly that my examples were irrelevant. But why object? If all you are interested in is what my opinion is, then my opinion is that those examples are relevant. So you know my opinion. Why do you need to interject to claim that my opinion is wrong? If you are presenting your opinion as fact (which you were) then it is contradicted by facts I’ve already presented. The fact of the matter is, in the few cases that anyone can find of an actual conviction of a woman for “rape” (of which I’ve only seen one), the sentence was 9 months. Completely disproportionate from the sentence males convicted of the same crime get. And no one has yet to address that.

Another weird assumption by some on the board is the notion of rape only being defined by the conviction of the accused.

If all you want is to find out what people's opinions are then none of that justifies responding.

That was the initial thing I wanted. The other purpose (obviously) is to spark a conversation (which is the point of this forum).

Let me dumb it down for you fucktard... 1) No you don’t! If you’re looking to find examples of someone convicted of a crime, you don’t necessarily need to know the definition. You just look up “rape convictions”, and either you find examples or your don’t! Whether or not you know or agree with the definition is completely irrelevant. 2) If YOU need to know the definition of rape before you can look up a statistic, then I suggest YOU ago look up the definition and educate yourself. I already know what the definition of rape is, and I didn’t ask anyone to look it up. The fact that someone else felt it was necessary to do so (assuming I didn’t know) means nothing, because that wasn’t my question. I never defined rape as something that requires a conviction; I merely asked someone how they defined it (since they seemed to be presuming things that were not in evidence here). Did I go slow enough for you re-re?

captainbryceThere's no reason to link convictions with the reality that men can be raped by women. The two have little to do with each other. So the exercise was silly. One can answer this: ...without any need to post charges/convictions even though some were easily made available to you. The problem is you are asking two separate questions and pretending they are connected. You are then still ignoring the correct answer to both when people are nice enough to explain it to you. Based off of your statements, at least the ones I read but apparently are unchanged, either you don't know the definition of rape or you have made up your own definition. Based off of your statements, at least the ones I read but apparently are unchanged, either you don't understand what a conviction is or t you have made up your own definition of a conviction. If you weren't already proven to be an odd duck, I would say you're being stupid and not providing a reason why you're being stupid on this. Fortunately, I'll just assume this is all a part of you being an odd duck.
