Just throwing this out as a suggestion- Son of the Mask? The most intolerable movie I have ever seen is "Manos: Hands of Fate". I adore cheap/unintentionally funny movies, but this is one to be dreaded. It's 70 minutes long, and I was pulling my hair out.

I am going to go with that movie done a few years ago which said Mohammad was a homo dog. The one where the guy who made it tricked the people in it to think it was something else. I imagine there are millions of muslims who hate it without even having seen it.

I'd say Battlefield Earth. I don't know anyone who likes the film. It's not even a good bad movie.

Psycho 1998 For every reason imaginable. As a shot by shot remake, why isnβt it as good?

The Last Airbender comes to mind. Also the Nicolas Cage Left Behind.

I'd say Battlefield Earth. I don't know anyone who likes the film. It's not even a good bad movie. I have to disagree with it not being good bad. Travoltas crazy ass performance is a hoot.

Ghostbusters 2016 is 73% fresh on RT, the audience score is 52%. The hate for the film online was vocal, but critics - and some of the audience - liked it.

True story: My 50 yo brother made us watch it ( because he loves it ) and my 75 yo mother said "I think that was the worst movie I have ever seen."

A lot of movies here have defenders (feminists with Ghostbusters 16, Scientologists with Battlefield Earth, pretentious hipsters who consider the Psycho remake some kind of statement, etc). I'm sure there are some little kids who like Son of the Mask.
Does anyone actually like Catwoman? I know Halle Berry doesn't.

I can think of no film that is universally hated. In fact a lot of people love a film just because other people hate it.
