Brand new Crescent album, their first for 10 years, and it's bloody lovely once again. It's now on my To Check Out When I'm Not Chasing After My Toddler list.

I have that Bip-Hop Generation series. 8 or 10 volumes, I think. Been awhile since I've listened to them, but I remember enjoying them. Maybe I'll dig them out and give 'em a listen.

It's now on my To Check Out When I'm Not Chasing After My Toddler list. Music life was so much easier when Tom was a toddler. I could stick some jungle on in the car, and he'd bounce around happily. He'd shout along to anything with an odd vocal. Now, it's a 100% strop-fest if anything but the local commercial radio station (Heart FM) is on. I swear they have a playlist which is a single Now That's What I Call Music cd from two years ago.

Sometimes she'll say "Too loud!", but overall she listens to whatever I have on without much complaining, meaning she's heard a LOT of different types of music. Hopefully I'm steering her towards eclectic tastes, but who knows? She may end up like the guppy... She's developed an obsession with the Moana soundtrack - and film, however, that borders on the unhealthy.
