With all this drama surrounding the Batman movie, I was wondering if it was smarter to just drop that till further notice and instead create a Deathstroke movie. After all, they've already shown Slade at the end of JL. It would be a refreshing character to make a movie about instead of the usual Batman movie. Who knows, it might even lead to a proper Suicide Squad movie.
P.S. - it might also be because I'm biased as I prefer both Deathstroke and Manganiello over Batman and Affleck.

No not yet. I want them to make a solid group of movies for the main heroes first, Batman, Flash, Aquaman, Green Lantern and another Superman movie and then once they've got that down then they can make something like this, Batgirl, Nightwing etc.

I wouldn't mind seeing it happen, but not in place of Reeves' Batman. If it was one or the other, I'd say Batman.

Sure, if done proper it could be very interesting. Like a comicbook version of those 70s assassination movies like DAY OF THE JACKAL or The Parallax View.

I wouldn't mind seeing a 'Deathstroke' movie depending on how good the DCEU's version of the character is but I think they should have used him as the main villain in the 'Nightwing' movie first or held him off for a 'Teen Titans' movie 'cause Deathstroke originated as a 'Teen Titans/ Nightwing' villain and has a lot of history with Dick Grayson.
