Russell Westbrook only needs 12 rebounds in the Thunder’s last game of the season (vs. Memphis, in Oklahoma City) to average a triple-double for the second consecutive season.
784 + 12 rebs. = 796 rebs. divide by 80 games = 9.95 rpg (which rounds up to 10.0)
WILL HE DO IT‽‽‽

He is a stat whore and will do it just because. I have seen his centers seriously jump out of the way so he can get boards.

He's up to 10 rebounds and it's 50 seconds from half time. TWO MORE, SON!

Yes, and he'll finish 6th or 7th in the MVP voting. Not a novelty anymore.

He's done it. Eighteen rebounds with 7 mins. left in the game.

Damn, both T-Wolves vs Nuggets and Heat vs Raptors going to OT.

In about 15 of those rebounds last night, a teammate was in a better position to get the rebound and didn’t even attempt to do so. It’s nothing more than padding the stats.

He may climb in the MVP race due to the last day OKC jump to the #4 seed.

Why does a guy who makes only 29.8% of his 3s still crank up 326 of them? No one who's that bad a 3 point shooter has anywhere near that many.
