I've only seen most of Dr. mabuse the gamber, the first one he made, with the title character being the first supervilian onscreen I assume? But are other two films he made, or 3? worth checking out as well? I 'm pretty sure they are all awesome of course.

My favorite is The Testament of Dr. Mabuse, which was released in 1933 and quickly banned by the Nazis for reasons I cannot remember. I am sure it is explained on Wikipedia. Many years later Lang made The Thousand Eyes of Dr. Mabuse, which I have not seen and know little about.

I saw Dr. Mabuse the Gamber and The Testament of Dr. Mabuse, both a long time ago so I don't remember either story much. I do remember The Testament of Dr. Mabuse was more intriguing and entertaining.
