Do you think DP2 will deal with Cable being infected with the techno-organic virus and Cable being the son of Cyclops (Scott Summers)and Jean Grey's Clone (Madelyne Pryor)  |

I think theyll mention the virus since in the trailer they give cable a few lines about being from a desolate future. They will joke around with his parentage as well Im guessing.

Um, No.
the techno virus would be good for a serious x-men movie like DOFP. it was traumatic and sad for baby cable, cyclops and jean who had to deal with it and give him up to be raised by the askani of the future. it was also a dark storyline with Apocalypse.
Deadpool 2 will mention it but nothing serious. maybe a dark satire. which is good because that storyline does not belong in a deadpool themed movie.
Sadly this is just among one of the best x-men stories that will never make it into film once the Disney xmen movies tries to imitate GOTG
