sixers / celts in a little over 2 hours and counting.... i'm expecting a royal a$$ kicking of epic proportions - 132 - 87 - Good Guys! Im rooting for you and Toronto today. 70 more minutes. I predict Simmons bounces back. Embiid gets 15 rebounds. Covington has a 15 point game, Reddick hits 3-4 threes and has 12-16 points. Saric either has a good game or bad game. Ily comes off the bench and might not score, but he does the little high energy plays. Boston isnt as good on the road, you guys got to win. I predict Philly 108 to Boston 88.

Jesus that was bad. Capela was on fn fire tonight, on fire. He did embarrass Gobert, he basically said this is my paint. Up 38 points, at the end, we were basically playing run down the clock. We ended up winning by 21 but it wasnt that close. Mitchell pooped the bed, badly. Glad to see my Rockets bounce back! Also, glad to see the NO Pelicans at least gonna throw some punches, now down to GSW 2-1. I hope Philly/Toronto can win, I wanna see some decent series....but my Rockets can win the next two! :-P Yeah bro....I too hope for interesting games in other series. Don't want to sweat in Houston's games. I hope Raptors and Philly win today. Definitely hope for Over 216 in Cleveland game as I am on a streak of 4 on streak survivor series and have picked Cavs-Raptors Over 216 today.

Really curious if Fultz is forever buried on the bench for the rest of the year and continues to rack up 'DNP - Coach's Decision (Did Not Play)' It's a whole story in itself Tatum is beasting and the Sixers gave up the #3 to move up and a future #1 (either this years Lakers pic if it conveys or next years Sac pick - which should be high) to nab Fultz. Simmons needs a break at times whether that be McConnell or Fultz - but it's a fascinating story none the less. Dr. J even came out last week (Sixers Icon) and stated Tatum should have been the #1 pick. Ouch. Fultz responded he proved why he was the #1 pick in college and it is what it is - actions speak louder than words - how about you take the diapers off and show your coaches, teammates and the city of Philly you're a Man and not Baby Huey.

you wouldn't want to see Cavs/Warriors again? i think it would be great theater. look at the way lebron is playing. aging warrior maybe on his way out of cleveland again playing against the odds...... does he stay or does he go? do they put up a battle against GS? could he pull another rabbit out of his hat like when they were down 3-1 years back? instead of LeBron being the villain - i think GS has turned into the villain..... I dont wanna see it again, Im sick of it. It's makin the NBA look like a joke, why have a season, lets just start at Cleveland Vs GSW and be done with it. Id cheer for GSW, I dont like Lebron. I didnt like him after the "decision." He is a nut hopper imho. I want Durant to destroy him again. So Id be on the side of the GSW, I dont like Lebron. I hate Lebron so much, if he played for Houston Id root against Houston. I think Lebron going to Houston would make the NBA more interesting. In the West, we would get Rockets vs Warriors with real doubt about who would win. In the East, we would get Celtics vs Sixers with real doubt about who would win. That could go on for several years. Would be up there with the early 80s when you didn't know if the Lakers, Sixers, or Celtics would win in any given year.

Yeah, Pelicans win 119 - 100, and it wasn't even that close. I missed the game! Didn't think the Pels had a chance. I need to find the highlights and see how they did it.

He had an "odd" double double. 4 points, 10 rebounds, 21 ASSISTS. You read it correctly, 21 assists. Davis was on fire. Rondo was just giving his team amazing shots. BTW I am curious.....do you have a team? (Even if theyre eliminated I am curious if you got an NBA team you root for).

I remember reading we'd have to trade some talent to get him. Also...I like R. Anderson but if I remember correctly, he is being paid too darn much. I mean could we go (If we can keep this): CP3 Harden Lebron Tucker Capela OR CP3 Harden Ariza Lebron Capela IDK if we'd gotta give talent away. Im not sure theyd accept anything unless a Harden, CP3, or at least Capela in the deal. I DONT wanna lose Capela at all, so I guess of those 3...CP3. Id also love to try and keep Gordon, when he's hot (Like last night) dude is energy. He gives Harden/CP3 good rest. We can go CP3/Gordon/Green/Moute/Nene Or Tucker, Capela, Anderson. But idk what we could do if we gotta ditch talent. What, Moute, Ariza, Anderson, Green, both draft picks...we'd have to probably give up the farm. What I'd find interesting is a "swap" of basically...Lebron to the Spurs and Leonard to Cleveland. That make things interesting imo.

anybody else irked a bit by the 'delayed' coaches interviews that partakes at the end of quarters and they play at the start of the following quarter as game play is going on?
we just got a 1 minute full long 'delayed' interview at the start of the 2nd quarter as play was going on with Brad Stevens....
bad irresponsible tv - i don't care what happened last quarter - there's a game going on.

Very impressed with Boston's defense.
I thought they'd be in trouble this year - especially with the loss of Bradley.
That being said - the Sixers shooting is atrocious this series - open looks and they can't hit anything.........

Dr. J even came out last week (Sixers Icon) and stated Tatum should have been the #1 pick. Ouch. Even worse, there was no reason to trade up to one - - they would have gotten Fultz at 3 anyway. Ainge is going to have that one in the win column to lord over Philly forever.

Ainge is going to have that one in the win column to lord over Philly forever. I don't know about that. Would Ainge have taken Tatum #1? Lakers with Ball at #2? We can only speculate. What I know is Fultz was the consensus #1 by the majority. And he was just what Philly needed - a combo guard to run next to Simmons. Ainge saw something in Fultz's workouts. My question is why didn't Colangelo see this? Not hating on the kid. Reserving judgment until next season - when he gets the summer league/offseason/exhibition games. He comes in looking like this next October? i.e. a deer in the headlights who needs to be pampered and babied and can't hit an outside shot (which is the main reason he was picked) - then I have concerns.

Lebron can't justify taking less money because he's the face of the league and VP of the players association. If he took less the owners would start pointing to him in negotiations. "See? Even Lebron agreed to take less to help the team win!" The numbers just don't add up. Max deals cripple teams' ability to build a winning roster.

Dirk seems to be at the end...they need a "star." I think atm Barnes is their biggest stud. (Going off by memory). West is just brutal right now. Also...this game looks worrisome for Philly fans. I dont wanna see Boston go ahead 3-0, no team in the NBA ever come back from that. Im shocked by Boston, they lost their 2 studs in Hayward and Kyrie. I think most people had Philly winning this series...and now..it's looking dangerous.

I ask now what....what about a 1 for 1 swap. Leonard for Lebron. Leonard at one point was being considered a top 5 player, hell some said he was the best player, or at least, best 2 way player in the NBA. I think it be interesting. Lebron finally going to the deep west, and to Pop and the Spurs (I hope Pop doesnt retire.) Leonard meanwhile would be going over to the East with Love and company.

live and die with Embiid - Redick at the end....
good game no matter what happens...
really impressed with Boston's toughness - this William Wallace guy from Braveheart is a trip and Tatum continues to impress - going to the hole at will and attempting to throw it down on Embiid and popping outside shots at will - when the rap against him coming out of Duke was he had no outside game......
