The Haunted Palace (1963) specifically mentions the Necronomicon, Cthulhu and Yog-Sothoth.
I believe the Shuttered Room (1967) is considered a Lovecraft film. Haven't seen it yet.

There's also CAST A DEADLY SPELL, a cable tv movie starring Fred Ward, Julianne Moore. Forgot all about it. Its kind of Who Framed Roger Rabbit but with the supernatural instead of cartoons, and the private eye is named Lovecraft!

Can't think of any movies that haven't already been named, but "Pickman's Model" was made into a Night Gallery episode in the 1970's.
Another Night Gallery episode, "Professor Peabody's Last Lecture" was a homage to Lovecraft. Cthulhu was mentioned, and there was a college student named Lovecraft.

The Call of Cthulhu (2005). The H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society also released "The Whisperer in Darkness" in 2011. Unlike "The Call of Cthulhu" which was a silent film, "Whisperer" is a talkie.
