BCS is shot immaculately. Hard to top it. All I’ll say is that BB does it intentionally. When you watch all of it it makes sense. That’s all. I won’t spoil it, but BB does it perfectly, and that’s coming from someone who hates handheld. It just works. Oh I’ve seen BB like half a dozen times , so spoil away. And it does work. I don’t dislike it. I just prefer BCS’s style and think that BB would’ve been absolute perfection if shot the same way.

It’s completely and utterly pathetic. Teams don’t have color schemes, brands or identities anymore. Every week it’s a new logo/jersey design. And to make it worse, they all look like poorly designed amateurish shit. What happened to classic iconic branding? The NBA under Commissioner Silver is a joke. Ours gets ripped a lot
I love em (especially since I kayak and love that area)
It's called 'Boathouse Row' - home of the biggest collegiate and high school rowing events in the country
Houses local universities such as St. Joes, Temple, Drexel, LaSalle, Penn's rowing equipment by the Schuylkill River
To be honest watching that Philly game with those jerseys is what inspired this thread. LOL. I hate them. Whats wrong with these? They’re classic...

Probably. People are super psyched to get back to the theaters. I usually only go 2-3 times per year but I’m planning to triple that this year.

I'm guessing the bouncing and shakiness is supposed to create energy or something like you're on a roller coaster ride. I get that for action scenes- though I don’t particularly like action scenes shot that way. But what about a scene where two people are just talking in a living room or in a backyard and the cameras are still wobbling around? What’s the point?

This has become so popular in the last 10-20 years of film making and tv shows.
I recently rewatched Better Call Saul, and every shot is perfectly steady, perfectly framed. Now I’m rewatching Breaking Bad- which I also love- but its shot entirely in handheld and the difference is huge. Every frame is jostling and wobbling even in static scenes. And it doesn’t really bother me. I can get invested in the show and tune out the movement but the steady unwobbling frame is so much more professional looking. And the cinematography of Better Call Saul is head and shoulders above BB primarily for this reason.
I guess it’s meant to provide some sort of “intensity” or “grittiness”? I suppose that’s somewhat effective in movies like Bourne Supremacy. I get it. But I still don’t really get why so many directors intentionally chose to have the frame bouncing all over the place in every scene like it’s shot by an amateur or something.

Iron Man and Vision. Especially since Viz is part Jarvis. Seems weird they had basically no interaction besides one three second scene.

Still wish they’d changed directors. Ant Man is such a unique character with a lot of potential for wonderful quirkiness. He needs his own Takia Watiti. Peyton Reed doing all three is kind of a drag.

I mean who doesn't want to see Toby again? So Spider-Man 3, The Marvels, and Thor 4 for me. I was going to put that on my list. I’m really excited to see Toby and Defoe again. But the MCU Spidey is my least favorite series in the saga.

I really like the Ant Man suit in Civil War, especially the helmet. I forget what happened to it. He doesn’t wear it in Ant Man 2 does he?

Mine...
1) Dr Strange MoM 2) Thor LaT 3) Eternals
If Chadwick was still with us then BP2 would be the second.
What say you?

I kind of love how “lame” it is in The Avengers though. It’s like a fun one-off super comic booky version. I’m really glad they moved on to something better in the rest of his appearances though. It's weird that they decided to make it so sleek as compared to every other iteration, even the stuff that came before. The costume itself isn't too too bad, but the helmet/mask is extremely awkward. Having said all that, it never distracts me when I watch it as much as I think it will when having discussions like this. If they had kept it for more than one movie I would have hated it. In fact, I wasn’t too fond of it at the time. But when I rewatch it knowing it was a one off, replaced by a much better suit, I really enjoy how goofy it is.

They should’ve made Toby’s version canon from the start and featured Miles as the new main MCU Spidey.

Most of Cap's costumes have been great. It's lame in the Avengers and uninspired in IW, other than that I like his the most. I kind of love how “lame” it is in The Avengers though. Best: Captain America (in Civil War), Loki in (The Avengers), Dr Strange, Black Panther.
Worst: Hawkeye, Scarlett Witch (prior to her new outfit), Wasp (looks really bland for some reason).

I too miss BAT. He is truly one of the best posters on here. The site is not the same without him.

Don’t think it won’t happen! Disney is gonna keep spamming us with shows for the duration. So where’s the Howard the Duck series? I’m still waiting on SQUIRREL GIRL!

Sounds like too much for one film to tackle, unless it's Endgame length. Trust in Raimi and Feige. Or be cast in the lake of fire. This guy gets it!
