Three plays, and three times Wilson has to run for his life, and yet he makes still a first down.

Pats vs Jets for me, then the Bucs vs the team that failed me last week, but no late game.

He is the producer, and by now new details have surfaced: the weapons has already several malfunctions, and members of the crew left the set in protest of the working condition. So Baldwin new about the problem with the particular weapon, and the overall situation, and as producer he was the one person responsibly for the conditions on the set. If he hired unqualified stuff to save money, if the stuff was suffering under fatigue etc. pp., then it is on him. And these people left because they were forced to shot long hours, and when you are tired, you make mistakes. That's why we have laws to protect the employees: in regard of the general health, but also to prevent accidents. Again: I would s charge him. We need a proper investigation, and role is significant: as shooter, and as producer. www.staradvertiser.com/2021/10/22/breaking-news/rust-camera-crew-walked-off-the-set-in-protest-before-alec-baldwin-fatally-shot-cinematographer/If a human being died because Baldwin cut corners, broke even the law, then he is also partly responsible. In the end the so called prop master lacked any qualification. abcnews.go.com/US/crew-members-hospitalized-prop-gun-misfires-set-alec/story?id=80715740How can he claim, as co-producer, not to know about these issues?! Nobody knows how involved he was as a producer. An actor of that statute is often just given that title. Maybe he found the script and brought it to the director and that's the extent of his production duties. He's certainly not the line producer. He was handed a gun and told it was cold/unloaded. You can charge him in your fantasies all you want, but you have no legal leg to stand on. But that the people walked off, non-union workers were brought in, the long hours, the complaints about the violation of the security protocols. A human being died. I would press charges in order to investigate his part in all this.

Is his career over? Probably depends on how responsible or accountable he is for the accident. It’s not Baldwin’s responsibility to make sure the gun is loaded properly or with the proper ammunition. That falls to the armorer and the prop master. But both of those positions ultimately answer to a producer. And Baldwin is a co-producer. I don’t know if he was a producer over those departments. And even the nature of a (head) producer is not a “one size fits all” or “cookie cutter” thing. On some movies the producer has more power and control than the director. On other movies they might be nothing more than the head gopher/“go for”. I don’t know how things were being run from a production standpoint. But the latest news that just came out is claiming that the armorer and prop department were cutting corners with safety. Allegedly some union people were fired or walked out over it. And allegedly some were replaced with non-union people who don’t meet the same standards. If this is true it can’t be good for anyone who had authority on that movie project. He is the producer, and by now new details have surfaced: the weapons has already several malfunctions, and members of the crew left the set in protest of the working condition. Then they should have forbidden this use of probs or even live weapons for film shootings (=> Brandon Lee). I see it from my military training, and safety always came first, and everybody was drilled to it. The loudest shoot comes from an unloaded weapon. You don't even know why that gun went off like it did. It's been discussed here but the gun that killed Lee wasn't supposed to go off like it did. His death was the result of two consecutive mistakes with the same weapon: including primer in a dummy cartridge and then failing to check the barrel when loading a blank. All the bans in the world won't prevent human error. Anyway: I would charge him. Well I'm sure you would, because you're an extremely biased ignoramus and this is why you have no power in the world. On ig with you. This is the sport forum, and I won't have your bile here.

I hope it is. Involuntary manslaughter: Baldwin had to make the last security check, and if he lacks the qualification to perform this check, than is is not qualified to use this weapon/tool. He is also the co-producer and thus responsible for the production. How is it possible that someone can use a prop-weapon which can obviously launch deadly projectiles without a proper introduction, if not certification. If one uses such a device without taking the time to handle it properly and be able to ensure the save use, then one is at least partly at fault. He pulled the trigger. I get that you hate Baldwin because he dares to mock trump, but what you just said is incredibly ignorant, as well as stupid. Baldwin isn't responsible, because he wasn't supposed to be handed a live weapon in the first place, and it wasn't his job to prepare or check the prop weapon.
In all likelihood, this is what happened: The props department improperly prepared a dummy cartridge (by leaving in primer/powder) or a blank (by leaving in a bullet).
Baldwin pointed the gun in the camera's direction for a POV shot.
Halyna Hutchins - as cinematographer - was operating the camera.
Joel Souza - as director - was standing behind Hutchins to see the camera's viewfinder.
The bullet went through Hutchins and then struck Souza.
Of course I could be wrong about any or all of these details, but given the currently limited information this is the most likely series of events.

Edelman is frustrated with how the Patriots are playing. All of the local talk shows have been saying the same thing. How un-Patriot like the team is playing. The lack of focus, no attention to detail. The little things. Isn't that the coach's job? Isn't he responsible for all of that? I've been told it wasn't Brady's mere presence (as well as his obvious skill on the field) that forced everyone to commit 110% to the game. That it was Belichick's ability to scheme and organize and focus on minutiae that was the difference. Yet for some reason he couldn't do it in Cleveland, couldn't do it in New England in 2000 and the first two weeks of 2001, and 2008 and 2020 and now this year. Weird, isn't it? The funniest part to me is that nobody wants to come out and say the obvious. The local press I understand. They're going to continue to edge around it as long as he's here because they still want access to the team. Former players for the most part don't want to make Belichick look bad, so they won't directly say it. But Ted Johnson was ripping the team the other day, now Edelman is doing it. I think they see the writing on the wall, they just don't want to be the first to say it out loud. Someone should remind them Danny Amendola and Asante Samuel already beat them to it. This is really all you need to know. So that's guys from both sides of the ball who won rings in NE giving credit to Brady, and another guy telling a story of young Brady basically telling Bill to shut the fuck up. I know the case is closed, I'm just posting this stuff for fun now. If one is afraid and does not know what to do, one plays the save card: www.patspulpit.com/2021/10/21/22736664/bill-belichick-conservative-decision-making-killing-the-patriots-opinionI was highly critical about the 56 yard FG attempt in the game against the Bucs, but by now we have a clear trend: only the Seahawkes are less prone to go for the 4th down than New England. Second to last albeit is has almost become the new normal to at least consider it. A punt or a FG does not need the effort and skill of the coach's mind, a game play for a 4th down does. His play calling is killing the games by now. And if you don't trust your rookie QB, and I have questioned that too, why cut Cam Newton? He still has a great rushing game and his short passes also do the job. But he took this option away because...he never explained it, not even to Cam Newton - from person to person. He tossed him away. operations.nfl.com/gameday/analytics/stats-articles/going-for-it-on-fourth-down-becoming-the-new-norm-for-nfl-coaches/This guy is a fraud. He might be a good defense coach - with a defense that could operate way over the budget of other teams thanks to Brady's pay cut and capability to overcome short comings in the offense - but as head coach: no! Save to speak about his position as GM. He does not say much in press conferences because he is so clever, but because there is nothing. How many losing seasons, worse, how many botched games do we have to endure?! Every game has become a source of frustration.

I may be annoyed about picking the TNF game wrong, but not as annoyed as this guy: Ouch @ the guy who bet 500k on the Bronocs. I waste less than 8 Euros in a week for gambling, not more.

I suck; I keep going for potential "upsets" and end up feeling very upset. Watch me pick chalk this week only for unexpected results across the board. Pick the Jets this week, I dare you. Imagine the fun you'd have reading my posts if it happened. Good luck, but I can't effort anymore plunders like the Bears' game. Europe's reputation is at stake here.
