They've got a ton of picks - they could build themselves into contenders by the start of next season with all their assets in their trunk to put next to Shai if they wanted to - haven't looked at the Free Agent class next year - but they've got to have a ton on the books too

There were whispers that Gardner Minshew would get the start this week vs. the Jets because of Jalen's ankle Turns out - Hurtsy is ready to go  Which would you prefer? I know they're both the greatest anyone's ever seen, of course, but after last week is there any thought of going with Gardner? I love Gardner.
He has the 'It' factor.
But I'm determined to give Jalen the entire year to see what we have
It's his first full year. He's hot and cold but you see signs of progression.
If J-Reag had caught one of those 2 TD passes on the final drive last week - we wouldn't have been hearing so much about Hurtsy's ugly game
He was playing incredibly well before that - think I posted on here he had the hightest QBR rating over the previous 5 weeks.
I'm hoping we use those 3 1st Round Picks next year to fill other holes

He's the head coach. Not a PG, not a CF, not a Goalie, not WR - he's overall responsible for the success of the team
This is a man that stated he was going to bring them to eliteness
It never happened.
He finished 7-5 this year - and never made 1 Final 4

You think James Franklin is a bum for not winning the national championship at Penn State, but when your teams don't even make the playoffs, it's all about building for the next season.
