What was the last album you listened to? What are your thoughts on it?
Please, where is everyone? This board is more slow than a 1970s British wrecking ball (and that's veeeeeeery slow). Come on everyone! Get the party started! (note: I am Thor-Delta on IMDb)

Squadron - Our Time Will Come (1990)
Thoughts? I love it. It's a classic Oi! album.

I just listened to the album "Away from it All" by instrumental rock group The Tornados. I believe the album is from 1963. It's very good!

I'm listening to Kari Jobe's new album The Garden. It is lovely, so far.

Ella Fitzgerald's album "Sings Sweet Songs for Swingers"
A nice album of pop. Very enjoyable.

Please, where is everyone? I imagine most are still on IMDb's message boards until they get evicted.

Madonna - Ray of Light (and it was pretty sublime to be honest)

I just listened to "The Duke Plays Ellington" by Duke Ellington. It's an album of piano music. It was released in the early 1950s. It's very nice, but I wasn't awake enough to listen to it (I should have waited until I woke up some more).

The last album I listened to was: Double 7: Seven Rags, Seven Boogies, by Winifred Atwell
Released in the 1950s, it is an album of piano instrumentals, and as the name suggests, consists of 7 ragtime tunes and 7 boogie-woogie tunes. The ragtime tunes are played on a slightly out-of-tune piano which somehow sounds great (that piano, bought at a junk shop, was an important part of her sound), while the boogie-woogie tunes are played on a standard piano. The album consists of 14 tracks but only runs about 30 minutes. It's a very nice album.

I'm not an album person at all. I'm more of an .mp3s-in-huge-folders kind of girl.
At the moment, I'm listening to Elvis' cover of You Don't Have to Say You Love Me. Now... The Sound of Your Cry.
'70s ballad night. I haven't delved into my Elvis folder in a while.

Just listened to Gene Ammons' "Bad! Bossa Nova." Now halfway through Wayne Shorter's "Speak No Evil." The latter is good for evening and late night listening.
