Premiering September 7 in the US and presumably the 8th in different countries. I will be watching this weekly, so I'll be making comments after each ep.

Great, looking forward to it. If it is like the previous seasons, I will have it on one of the channels in my package here in Canada, without having to subscribe to Paramount+.

Another trailer, mainly footage from the first 3 seasons, but some new footage. Including a visit to Voyager, appears there'll a Voyager ep this season and hopefully it's as good as the DS9 ep from season 3.

Twovix was something, a big Voyager ep full of Voyager references, where plenty of hilarity ensues - although there wasn't a single Voyager guest star, that's pretty disappointing! I'm not sure about T'Lyn, she's feels very one note and I thinking she'll be another Jennifer.

I'm not sure about T'Lyn, she's feels very one note and I thinking she'll be another Jennifer. Yeah, that was at once very funny and a nice homage to Voyager. Season 4 off to a good start! I am pretty sure I watched all previous episodes, but I couldn’t for the life of me remember when Jennifer was introduced. Suddenly she was there and she was Mariner’s girlfriend, and I was scratching my head.

The second ep was another good one, with 3 different story lines that each had a fair amount of laughs. I very much liked the development for Mariner - hell I was convinced she had let the creature out of its cage and was pleasantly surprised to discover she hadn't - and they very much tackled how long she'd been an ensign for. Although from the title of the ep "I Have No Bones Yet I Must Flee", I was certain this was going to have something to do with Leonard McCoy, alas there was nothing about Bones in the ep.

Ep 3 was fine, I didn't get many laughs out of it, and didn't pick up on much references - although a computer running a society is a pretty big TOS reference. I did like Bradward's struggling with being a Lieutenant, this was some good development for him.

Ep 4: first off, this arc with the shuttlepod destroying ships, it feeling like this will continue until ep 9 when there'll be a reveal about it followed by a cliffhanger, then in ep 10 the pod will be dealt with - I feel that's not a good way to do an arc. The rest of the ep was good, focusing on Tendi and fleshing out her backstory and dealing with her family - this had plenty of laughs coming from Orion society and the return of the slave girls with their pheromones. Some extra laughs came from the B plot with Boimler & Rutherford on the holodeck and dealing with this alien. Now I must admit, I don't like T'lyn she's too one note and a lot of her dialogue didn't sound natural to me.

Season 4 was another great season, the individual eps were well made, full of humour & familiar references. I especially liked how they tackled Mariner's story head on, although I felt the connection to Locarno & Jaxa felt a bit forced. I don't think the arc worked all that well, due to how brief the appearances of the different ships & crews were, and then whole alliance wasn't well developed. I must give credit to how many things from the season got included in the finale, felt like a great send off for the season
