I said origami, but I really think it will be a game of hopscotch. You should add an option for hopscotch.

Then in Guardians 2, they defeated the bad guy by basically blowing up his brain . They can be brutal when they want to be.

Ronan the Big Bad Destroyer of Planets was defeated in Guardians of the Galaxy by a Dance-Off. How will Thanos be defeated in Avengers: Infinity War?
A. Another Dance-Off
B. A cooking contest
C. A karaoke contest
D. An origami contest Martha ?

D. An origami contest All of these options are preferable to "Massive Circle Jerk" as witnessed in BvS

I don't care! He killed my MOM!! Tristan, even you can see the difference between the murder of a parent or two moms having the same name.

I don't care! He killed my MOM!! Tristan, even you can see the difference between the murder of a parent or two moms having the same name. All I can see are the juvenile tropes this pulp is molded from. 1. Middle aged Ironman when the peace of the world and of superhero unity is at stake, and when on a mission to pacify his old ally Cap, acts like a 8 year old and starts brawling with Cap America. That after we saw Tony go through several jerk-becomes-altruistic-hero arcs, that - amongst others - saw him sacrifice his life for mankind. Not here: finding out who killed his mother decades ago, namely a brainwashed drone without own his will (!), is apparently enough to throw it all away and clobber like an imbecile it seems. 2. Martha was not about having the same name, it was about Batman realizing the demonized monster has a family too, and more importantly, we saw Bruce failing to save his mother as a kid, now he gets a second chance to save Supes Martha mon. Old trope, very cheesy written and badly executed. Now, what it worse: another movie having middle aged men having its heroes start to clobber because of mommy issues, or having heroes become friends because of mommy issues. Take your pick.

One cannot objectively quantify the bad writing, but IMO it is utter hypocrisy to bitch about the one and defend the other. Both get 3 cringe demerits from me:

Lol so you see what the Martha thing was about but not what the He killed my mom was about. Bit of selective understanding if you ask me.
Tony starts hitting Cap because he hurt him. Cap should have told Tony what he knew about the murder of his parents. They are friends, teammates and colleagues who have gone through things together. Even at the moment Tony finds out the truth Cap chooses the other guys side. If you know Tony Stark you know he is gonna lash out and not be reasonable.
If my parents were murdered and I would find who did and that person stood right in front of me and one my friends would try to protect that murderer bet your ass I would start hitting people.
And hey, if you dont like CBM's thats fine. Thats no reason to ridicule the people who do. Its very arrogant and anmoying.

Civil War scene makes more sense than the one from BVS. And I regret that because up untill then I really really liked BvS.

I find that utterly unconvincing from an motivational and character level, sounds like a kid's emo-logic, not that of a middle ages superhero like Tony Stark, I thought this MCU was building up and continuing character arcs, not go back to square one. I find both movies to be badly written; there are CBM that are well and consistently written, not these two apparently. I believe you. Then you are probably not a middle aged superhero who went through several arcs of becoming an altruistic guy sacrificing his life and interests for others, and also not in a universal life of death situation where you have to act like a grown up. Interesting emotional non sequitur, but your offence is not flowing from my post.

He is eratic. He is not reliable at all. He is emotional and has flawed logic. He is nothing like you describe him.

Speaking of singing and dancing, I wonder if we'll hear anything from awesome mix vol. 3 since the guardians are in the film.
