I haven’t seen Infinity War, but I was annoyed by the Iron Man parts in Homecoming. I’m not particularly fond of the idea of Spidey’s having an Iron Man suit.

How does Spider-Man get taken hostage by a guy with no superpowers? Did Starlord ambush him? But doesn't Spider-Man have Spider-Sense? Oh yeah, Spider-Man also got ambushed by a bad guy in SMH so either MCU Spider-Man doesn't have Spider-Sense or MCU writers just can't write properly. |

Any "knowledge" you claim to have seems to be based on other adaptations for the screen. |

There've been plenty of non-comic depictions of Spider-Man, more than enough to contextualize this current one and even (gasp!) prefer another version. |

It perhaps should also be remembered that he had come to this opinion of Spider-Man before he saw Homecoming |

I agree.
I like the character well enough, but Spiderman being able to do anything is silly to me. I didn't like it in Homecoming either.
It works against his actual ability.
