for me I wouldn't mind Doc Oc its been awhile since he appeared in a Spider-Man film unless you count the Doc Oc easter egg in Amazing Spider-Man part 2 my next choices would be either Chameleon or Mysterio. Scorpion is another cool villain i'd like to see or maybe Kraven The Hunter I can do without Rhino I'm also not too keen on Norman and Harry being villains right away either

To be Doc Ock he would have to so much better than the original Doc Ock as to make us forget him.
That ain't happening.
Kingpin would be cool but it would need to involve Daredevil.

It would be fun if they could set up for the whole Sinister Six—actually, it would be rather clever, almost like a self-parody of their own Avengers. The more I think of this, the more I like the idea, in fact…

Yeah, I’m with the majority here and vote for Mysterio. Rather fond of my Sinister Six idea, though.  I first learned about Spider Man through the animated TV shows, so that’s the sort of thing I know well about the character. |

I say you re-start the Green Goblin...make him "Evil Tony Stark" and have him take Peter under his wing.
But Mysterio makes some sense if you want to expand the Magic in the MCU...
Now that he knows Strange, he can cameo and have a similar role that Tony did in Homecoming. (Not that he needs it.)

Someone we haven’t seen. Kraven is ok but I want a brightly coloured costumed superhero. Scorpion is already there. He’s ok, so long as he wears his mask.

I like the idea of Kraven. He could have a lot of cool possibilities and he really hasn't been done before. I can see some great action scenes.
