Out of all the comic book heroes out there, these two are undoubtably the ones who are constantly being crammed down people’s throats. They’ve each had a number of different movie incarnations, television shows and video games, but between the two of them, which one is more over saturated?

Definitely both of them. I wish we could get a break from them but they're just too popular for DC and Marvel to ignore.

I’d say Spider Man. I wouldn’t care if we never get a Spidey film again.
Can’t say I feel the same for Batman. I would kill to get that film noir Reeves take on the character.

I think the bigger issue with their omnipresence is the reuse of villains. They both have awesome rogues galleries and there are so many cool villains I wish that they’d feature from both franchises.

Spiderman is oversaturated because we keep getting pretty much the same archetype kid version of Spidey who hasnt transgressed or developed into a mature adult, pretty much like the comics.
Batman has had at least different takes on his character. BvS had an older, battle scarred Batman with a more blurred morality. Dark Knight trilogy we got a more law abiding, younger Batman who adhered to a close moral code. And going back to the Schumacher films we got 3 more different shades, the wackiest being Clooney and his Adam West style camp iteration.
Spiderman is always stuck in the 17-22 year old naive kid phase and cant escape in every movie.

I personally dont think it matters. What matters is can their stories be good after so many reboots on film and in the comics.
I dont follow spider man in the comics like many on here do, but on film at least spider man is still interesting when done correctly. Sure there was a gap in the quality of films for that series, but it appears the character is back on solid ground.
Batman has a deep history of appearing in classics takes on the character decade after decade. Whether it be comics, movies, animation, or games.
Batman probably wins this contest of oversaturation, but does it really matter since the quality is for the most part good?

Spiderman for sure. There have only been three solo films for Batman since the 90s! Spidey has had six!
