I find that many people on my ignore list are still able to tag or respond to my posts. And I am still notified about it. Also they're still allowed to follow me when I checked the boxes.
Anyway to fix this?

Ignore features never impact someone else's ability to see your posts, respond to you, follow you, etc. You're not able to "force them to ignore you." It's only you ignoring them, from your perspective.
Normally you shouldn't be receiving notifications that they responded to you. That would be unusual.

Any way to fix this? I TOO have this problem. People ON IGNORE who are responding to both my posts and my threads. I check ALL the boxes, by-the-way.

Anybody you have on ignore should not be capable of posting to your threads. That would eliminate a lot of harassment and annoyance.

Thanks RiP, IMDb and llanwydd I am glad to see it isn't only me. The ignore feature is rendered useless if the asshats in ignore are not stopped from responding to us or whatever.

I suppose it's possible to make a plugin so their notifications don't display for you but is it really such a hassle?

It sucks when things don't work like they should, deem. The ignore/block function is working as it should.
