Interesting Approach...
Unfortunately... I think... the best we can hope for, is that the results will show at least one unknown species having been in the Loch...
And, while that might add support to the possibility that Nessie is real...
That doesn't mean that the DNA results will point to that creature as being anything like Nessie.
(That DNA could come from "Bigfoot" for all we know...)
Still, discovering any new species, no matter what it turns out to be, would be exciting.

While it may help uncover unknown species, I doubt it will be a major revelation if that happens.
