Just had a real hamburger at a local roadhouse restaurant. For $15 they give you a delicious half pounder hamburger made from Black Angus meat with french fries. It really tasted like fresh, tasty meat. After this meal McDonald's or Burger King are tasteless trash. You really have to try real meat.

Area51 I don't like tall burgers. They look good on pictures, but are difficult to bite.

No, a burger should look like this: Homemade bread, barbecued burger and none of those fattening sauces, just freshly picked crispy veggies from the garden.

After this meal McDonald's or Burger King are tasteless trash. I hope you already knew that before you went to your local roadhouse restaurant.

I have had a real hamburger at a restaurant many years ago, so I completely forgot how good it tastes. For several years I only had burgers at fast food chains. For me it's a question of time and money, you know.

I always thought that McDonalds burgers were bad, so I go out of my way to eat elsewhere (even though McD is the closest burger place to me).

Anyway, I think a fresh half pounder is worth it today. I always liked stories of my grandpa about how much you were able to buy for $1 back in the old days. Devolution sucks.

Even Burger King is better, but you have to find it first.

I've been to all sorts of famous, renowned hamburger joints. I once had a $40 hamburger. I've been taken to places where people swear "it's the best burger you'll ever eat". Kobe beef, wagyu, all that shit. And not once did I ever think it was worth it. I would honestly rather have a burger from Wendy's or Burger King than that. Any burger that costs more than a dollar isn't worth it.
