Donny Yen's 2014 effort Yi ge ren de wu lin aka: Kung Fu Killers/Jungle has its admirers (and a splendid pole fighting motorway finale, btw) but I was wondering whether any one else has watched it with the joke 'pumpkin pie' subtitles available online for the unwary? I saw the results last night and was vastly amused after an initial perplexity... It reminded me of Woody Allen's What's Up Tiger Lily spoof of all those years ago, although far more scurrilous and vulgar in effect.. Is this the only work by the spoofer? I am surprised that this sort of thing is not a far more common online guerrilla activity.
If anyone is curious, I can upload the .srt file for a guilty pleasure.

What a hilarious idea. I'm not a fan of Yen and Kung Fu movies for the most part. Those kind of movies seem ripe for the spoofing. I'd watch something like that.

I have still not seen this film. After watching the trailer, I felt: if I want to watch a hard film I prefer something like Dog bite Dog.

Hello sitenoise! I'm trying it out here, because the Indian Cinema Board transferred here. But I prefer the more homely feel of www.imdforums.com/
