Can’t they access IRS files? Has he been lying on his tax forms? Does his wife declare that she is married to someone with a govt income? If not, that’s fraud. Lock them up.

In AoU, Hawkeye knows that Ultron is looking for the Avengers, yet Hawkeye takes the Avengers to hide at his house, where his wife and children are, thereby putting his children at risk.
