There are very few on the Best Picture list that I would consider among the best films of the decade. I went with The Departed.

Gladiator (2000) - 8/10 (within my Top 50 movies)
that's a pretty easy choice as the only other movie of any real worth outside of Gladiator would be The Departed (7/10).
