"Dennise TheCoward Reynolds" as he was very well known in the old imdb boards, because, well he always acted like a coward. Now he is calling mods here COWARDS? Well, I believe he came to the right place form the beginning.

Well, I believe he came to the right place form the beginning. I'm not a 100% sure, but I believe he was the guy from the IMDB boards, who tried to convince me that The Waynes were murdered because of a mob hit in BvS. I had said that Thomas was an idiot for going after the mugger. The way Snyder shot the sequence Thomas was agro as fuck and went after a man pointing a gun at his family. I mean he had to run at the attacker to get close enough to confront him physically. Common knowledge is you do what the mugger/attacker says. Nope, Thomas put his wife and kid in danger by not giving up his money/valuables. It wouldn't have been a problem if it was shot differently, but Snyder chose to make it look that way. He came up with a convoluted explanation for it being a mob hit. There was no evidence in the movie to back it up, though. His evidence boiled down to Thomas Wayne loved his family and was smart. He would never go on the offensive if he didn't have any other choice. So it had to be a mob hit/assassination.

The coward was well known for stupid arguments like this, but mostly for his bait/insulting threads to MCU fans, for his failed threads predicting that "X" DCEU movie will make more money and have better RT score than this "Y" MCU movie, and the typical "This X MCU fill be a financial flop" thread with the usual mockery and insults included. When confronted with facts and flooded with better arguments, the coward just disappeared for weeks abandoning these threads, after a month or two when he returned and people faced him about his failed attempts at trolling, he denied to have ever made those threads and when you were able to get one from the old archives, he just ignored you. So, people started to call him Dennise or just The Coward.

He would never go on the offensive if he didn't have any other choice. So it had to be a mob hit/assassination. 1st, the mob hit theory is a plausible theory. I think in the comics, 1 version had Thomas and Martha Wayne killed to keep him from testifying against a mob boss and the hit man was ordered to make it look like a mugging and not to kill Bruce Wayne so that Bruce Wayne could be a witness and tell the cops it was a mugging gone bad. 2nd, the gunman wasn't wearing a mask so Thomas Wayne expected that the gunman would probably kill them anyway to keep them from identifying him. So Thomas Wayne decided it was better to try to disable the gunman rather than just stand there and let the gunman shoot them.

So Thomas Wayne decided it was better to try to disable the gunman rather than just stand there and let the gunman shoot them. It's a fine theory, to bad there is nothing in the movie to corroborate the theory. No evidence that it wasn't a robbery. I have been mugged 2 times in my life. One at knife point and one at gun point. Neither time did the guy wear a mask. On each occasion I gave the muggers my wallet as quickly as I could get it to them. Neither time were the guys ever found. One was at the beach when I was in high school and one was at college. If Snyder wanted to convey that then he failed miserably as a story teller in that scene. He shot it as a robbery and he made the father go on the offensive. And I'm not talking about being spoon fed. I am talking about conveying a simple idea. This was a hit disguised as a robbery. What also hampers the scene is it's during the credits with no dialogue. So anything that could be told that way is a negative. You only can go off the visuals. And while the shot is expertly framed and each frame is gorgeous. It fails on a basic level. Even the heart beat effect of the scenes going to black and then showing him running back to black then showing part of the robbery hurts his narrative. It doesn't show all the scene. It shows Thomas' face, the Bruce running, then shows the barrel of the gun, back to black. That effect cuts out frames that could show some evidence it's a hit or that Thomas had to fight.
