Couldn't God have changed his mind on something since the time the Bible was written?
What about the Koran and the Book of Mormon?

If the Bible is the literal Word of God, how can they be sure which books should be included and which ones excluded? The canonical collection has changed over time. Were the books that got left out not the Word of God? Are there books that ARE the Word of God that should be included but have not been? Who decides? Why are those people who decide better equipped to decide than others?

There have been plenty of Saints who received Messages from God, Mary, & the Saints, down through the ages.
