Your response is a link to Doug Johnstone's review of Frans de Waal's book? My, what extreme delegation you have there. All the better to avoid thinking for yourself, my dear? Two quick points: 1. Natural selection is impossible without two things: Nature and something to select.Water is wet. The sun rises in the East and sets in the West. Don't understand what point you are trying to make here.

put it this way... without based things around God, people will inevitably choose immoral things because people tend to judge things based on how one feels about something instead of God's objective morality. He created everything so He makes the rules. so while we might not always like His standards, in the end, they are for our own good/happiness. He can't be wrong but it's our fallen nature that gets us to rebel against Him thinking He's bad to us etc. Just pretending that there is a God, and that God has created objective moral standards, why should I believe that these objective moral standards are whatever you or anyone says they are?
