The visuals more than compensate for the lack of story, but the latter isn't such a bad thing. I think it works fairly well in this context. Still not sure what I think about Keanu Reeves in this, though.

I found it pretty enjoyable, even if it kind of goes off the rails in the final act. Good building of suspense through the first part, as you get that the lead character is just not safe in tinseltown, whether the threat comes from the guy who discovered her, the seedy motel manager, the industry vampires, or even the invasive wildlife of the region.
