Did you read the book? What do you think of it?
I wish they would've put in the movie the scene of Matilda scaring her family by borrowing a classmate's parrot and sticking it up the chimney so they think there's a ghost in the house.

I read every book that Roald Dahl wrote when i was a kid. Well all his childrens books. I have never read any of his adult books.
I liked it as a kid.
I have not seen the movie

I read the book back in junior high and I remember thoroughly enjoying it. Saw the movie, thought it was good too though I haven't seen it in years.
