I'm searching for an American adventure film which was approximately 75-80 minutes and from early 2000s.
It started with a white American woman behind jail telling her story to 2 Latin- or South American male guards. She and another white man had some mission there and one scene I remember the most are them driving a big truck over a swinging wooden bridge.
In the end it turns out that the woman isn't behind bars, in fact, she tells her story to the men which aren't guards but prisoners.
Does it sounds familiar to anyone?

"driving a big truck over a swinging wooden bridge" reminds me of the American remake of THE WAGES OF FEAR(1953), called SORCERER (1977). Despite being directed by William Friedkin, it was not a patch on the original. I've mostly forgotten it, so I really don't remember if it started the way you describe.

To clarify you mention you saw it in the early 2000's is it from that era or was it made in a different era?

All the Light we cannot See? That's a novel from like 1-2 years ago?

These two films from that time period have bridge collapses. The Librarian: Quest for the Spear (2004) The Mothman Prophecies (2002) Uh, the bridge in the Mothman film did not swing, nor was it made of wood. Offering suggestions that clearly do not fit, helps no one. Unnecessary comma.

Not any of the Librarian movies. It wasn't a supernatural movie/movie with super powers, it was more of a "realistic" adventure movie.
The beginning and the end must be unique for this movie - it starts with a white American woman behind jail telling her story to 2 Latin/South American male guards which turns out to be well-dressed prisoners listening to the story.
