I don't believe this line was some sort of prophecy or foreshadowing. It doesn't seem Arya will ever marry anyone. However, Gendry could still lay claim to Iron Throne in case Jon dies. Killing off Jon will be a good thing to do. I saw a video in which a user commented that there is some chance that Arya and Sansa will do opposite of what they initially wanted to do. She says that Arya didn't want to marry when Ned Stark said that some day she will. Sansa wanted to marry in her childhood. The user then claims that now Sansa is getting cold and lonely and may not marry anyone and Arya may. She says no one gets what they originally wanted on GOT.

It seems...at this particular moment...that Arya is not meant to live a normal life. I cannot fathom her falling in love, settling down, bearing children, running a castle, etc. That’s not to say it couldn’t happen. I’d just need to see that transformation because right now I have a hard time picturing her not continuing on some adventure as the series closes...if she even lives. It’s about 50/50 in that regard.

I don't think anyone still alive in the show has done anything so bad they would deserve being married to Arya. This is cruel

The other Arya prediction is her freezing in the snow, and others finding her body clutching Needle. That one seems more likely.

IF jon dies ,gendry lives and he ends up being cerseis long lost son she had with robert (presumed dead) i know it s a long shot but they did bring up the "yellow hair" a lot and if arya makes it too then yes arya will end up being something she didnt want queen and lady .
I can ONLY see this happening if the following dramatic events take place and it has to do with jon/dany/sansa
no one is going to convince me otherwise unless i see it for myself that jon indeed will betray dany - BUT dany wont make it , however jon still needs to lit that sword of his to defeat the WW and nissa nissa will end up being sansa, some people believe this because its strongly believed stark children fate is mirrored by their direwolves so sansas wolf died first by a sword/ blade ned killed stabbed the wolf in the heart because he didnt want the lannisters to do it , it has been mentioned over and over how much jon looks like ned, jon loves sansa he will stab her to create light bringer -sansa somehow will end up prisoner once again at the hand of the lannisters just like her wolf was i dont know how this can happen but as sad as it makes me jon may do that .maybe he wont have a choice he wouldnt want the lannisters to kill her and does it himself
and the word NISSA NISSA keep saying it over and over it sounds like sansa sansa also in some westeros language the word nissa means SISTER SISTER.

The other Arya prediction is her freezing in the snow, and others finding her body clutching Needle. That one seems more likely. At this moment it does look death for Arya more than any other fate. It will be a surprise element if she were to make it. But given how her character has been going it seems she will die. She is the lone wolf and she will die. The Starks will survive (Sansa, Bran or Jon) and thus the pack will survive.

Just hope no one will want to clone her out of scientific curiosity when she warms up again, like they want to make woolly mammoths. "The pack survives" - what a more likely message for a story written by collectivist dog lovers. Dogs stink.

And that would make it the most childish moment of the whole series. It went down the deep end before that but what was done with Arya after Braavos was the absolute worst in the series. She's no longer a character, just gratification of the most disgusting and dumbest part of the audience.

Anything that goes as per your wishes is fine and if does not then it is 'childish' or 'stupid'. It doesn't work that way. Can't really give credit for such a stance.

And you have no idea what a bias is. Jack in the Box Arya popping up to murder characters the audience hates as if by miracle is the worst thing this show ever did. The character deserved better but obviously the dumbfucks still watching it don't. I am actually ashamed I watched S6 to the end. I should have dropped off after the 2nd episode, as I first wanted to.

How more plain and simple can you ever be?
And no, scum like Frey who carried out ghastly murders in collaboration with Lannister didn't deserve any better. I will love it when Arya slits the throat of Cersei.
Keep not watching it but still remain interested in it. It's only justice that characters like Arya have turned you off.

So a good story is one where characters get "what they deserve" for you. Yes, you're an idiot. It's sad. Not to be changed, though.

Ok thanks.
To be honest this is the first time I've heard any mention of this line relating to a theory. In my mind it's clearly a throwaway jibe from Jon without any foreshadowing. But then again, you never know!!
