WWE is considering revamping their PPV line ups and names.
Now it's reported they may use old WCW titles for future PPVs such as Halloween Havoc, Spring Stampede, and even Starcade.
Personally I think SuperBrawl should make a return or Bash at the Beach.

Sweet.
Being Halloween is my favorite holiday (yes - i consider it a holiday - tend to bounce back and forth between that and Turkey Day).....
Halloween Havoc was just pure gold in WCW.
The atmosphere of it all was tremendous.
Never understood why since the WWE now owns the rights - they never brought it back during October (what was their PPV - was it Hell in the Cell?).
Here's actually a Top 10 Halloween Havoc moments produced by WWE 3 years ago. What are they waiting for.

Let's hope they are talking about classic names such as 'Halloween Havoc' and 'Bash at the Beach' instead of the death years of 'Greed' or 'Sin'

Ugh, more PPVs? Enough is enough. There are too many at the moment.

If anything, change the existing generic ones like "Battleground" to a classic WCW event if that's what they wanna do. My personal favorites would be Starrcade because of its history, and then Halloween Havoc, Fall Brawl, and Bash at the Beach. I always hated "Hog Wild" as a pay per view title. Same for "World War 3."

PPVs have really lost their status and value - they just feel like extended, slightly more extravagant episodes of RAW and SmackDown.

Most of the PPVs now are honestly a chore to sit through with the exception of the Rumble, although I was pleasantly surprised by (and enjoyed most of) Hell in a Cell recently.

Now that the WWE have launched their own network, they really have no incentive to be strategic with their PPVs. They have a vast broadcasting enterprise which they have a complete monopoly over. And Vince McMahon clearly still is determined to make his company bigger and more prevalent. I mean, look at this year - a PPV in Saudi Arabia and one in Melbourne, Australia; this would have never happened even 10 years ago.
