Agreed on both posts. After him, the only person I think can do decently is Armie Hammer (he's taller than Cavill and is enjoying a career revival atm).

a damn shame cause I thought he was good as Superman . oh well maybe he could be the next Bond? imo he'd be badass in that role.

What this probably means is the earlier reports are just false reports with the intention of taking down the DCEU, similar to the reports a few months before Wonder Woman was released that Wonder Woman was a "complete mess". Patty Jenkins immediately debunked that false report on Twitter and now Dany Garcia is debunking the earlier false reports on Twitter. The false report most likely came from a pro-MCU writer who's probably bummed that MCU has taken a hit due to scumbag pedophile James Gunn getting fired and GotG3 getting cancelled. |

Damn. I wasn’t a fan of the movies ( BvS excepted), but he was really good in the role. He could have been great if they’d given him more character and more to do. This is one time I actually hope DC-Fan is right.  |
