Do you know how boring it is to have no power and can't really drive anywhere. I actually just rearranged/organized shit at the house. Put all my books in the library in alphabetical order. Hung art work, tackled cable management in game room etc.

Did you get hit by a storm or something? Hurricane Florence went right over my town at a Category 2 when the eye went over us. No damage to my house or my brothers down the street. No one I know got hurt. A tree fell on a house a couple miles away. Other than it was cool. I sat out on my porch and watched it. I've been through Cat 3 and 4 before. I wouldn't have watched one of those on the porch.

most important thing is you are safe, alive and sound. yup, thanks. No damage to me or my own. I think we were lucky with the Hurricane. It was so slow moving that it lost a lot of it's energy when it hit the coast before coming near us. It was just basically a very windy summer storm with like 10" of rain.

Glad I don't live on the coast. They just broke through NFL Live with 3 tornado warnings. 1 confirmed Water Spout 1 funnel cloud but not confirmed. All three are 50-75 miles to the east of me. Moving north north w. I am in no danger. hell it's barely raining right now. Myrtle Beach is getting pummeled now.

Can't wait for our annual hurricane. They must have put up a force field, because they keep going around us.

they got the remnants of Florence tracking from Myrtle Beach through Southern NC in piedmont to mountains. Then it changes direction and goes North East along the coast of VA then out to sea.
We needed the rain as we were kind of dry for past 6 months. I just didn't want all the rain we needed fall in 30 hours.
