I'd much prefer they keep these universes separate. I know that won't happen but I wish they could at least be treated like the TV shows of the MCU. Connected but in their own little corner. And keep Deadpool exactly how it is. Deadpool commenting on being in a new universe with X-Men characters he knows of being completely different and played by new actors, along with meeting Spider-Man, would be everything I've ever wanted.

I'm not a fan of reboots. Once the X Men take over the MCU I think I'm out.

A) I know that won't happen... You're right. Soon as they can they will absorb them right into MCU. And I'm sure it'll be good. MCU has a way of doing things fans likes. Although I prefer the X-Men a tad darker than the way MCU movies are. Not as dark as Dark Knight or BvS, but dark-er. Mutants are feared and hated after all.
B) Connected but in their own little corner. Agree. That could work. But it could also work to have them interact. After all, I cant imagine the Avengers NOT investigating what's up with these new super powered people showing up all of the sudden. And for sure they'd go up against Magneto and such.
C) ...keep Deadpool exactly how it is... This one I disagree. Deadpool MUST interact with the other wise-alec characters of the MCU. Team ups with Spider-Man and Tony Stark are mandatory! Maybe even Rocket! Deadpool tours the Marvel universe! And the movie must remain rated R. The MCU characters don't have to react to him with R rated humor, but he must make R rated jokes about them.

I'm not a fan of reboots. Once the X Men take over the MCU I think I'm out. we all are retired, now we have to sit back, relax and watch mcu xmen crash and burn worse than disney star wars. thankfully the world will see it as another generic mcu comedy and will care less once disney collect their toy cash.
when it comes to xmen, the world deamnds another Logan or another DOFP...not 95% cgi jokey mcu comedy.
facts are facts

It'll be interesting, the X-Men series has become a bit stale and there's not much more for them left to do.
Hopefully an MCU X-Men opens up with Mr Sinister and the Savage Land. Maybe have Sauron in it.

I agree about X-Men. But even though everyone basically ignores AoS, for someone like me who watches it all, Mutants are going to feel incredibly repetitive. The Avengers didn't investigate the Inhumans when they started popping up, not even recruiting any of them. It's going to pretty much be the same fear and hatred that was brought on from Inhumans. But for the people who just watch the movies I guess it's going to be interesting.
Yeah I was hoping they could stay under the radar, but X-Men villains are quite epic and their battles are too public to not get the attention of the Avengers.
Completely agree about Deadpool. That's what I was saying. Keeping Deadpool exactly as is BUT interacting in this new universe and meeting Spider-Man. The idea of him making jokes and quipping about the ridiculousness of him being absorbed into some new universe would be absolute perfection. And "Deadpool Tours the Marvel Universe" would be a hilarious name for the next film. Honestly just thinking of ridiculous titles makes me laugh.
Deadpool 3: Marvelized Deadpool Cinematic Universe Deadpool: DPCU Deadpool Loves Spider-Man
Oh the possibilities.

Oh, is that what they did with the Inhumans? I didn't watch that show and I had already stopped watching AoS. Yeah, that was that little phase when Marvel was trying to push the Inhumans as the new X-Men/mutants (because they didn't have the rights to X-Men). Whoops. That didn't quite fly did it? Not in MCU and not in the comics either.
So, yeah there might be a little repetition in that regard, but I have faith Marvel could do something cool anyway.
We agree on Deadpool.

Yeah it didn't work out at all. I mean it was fine for the character of Daisy Johnson/Quake on AoS, maybe Elena Rodriguez/Yo-Yo, but everything else was unfortunate. And the Inhumans show was the first thing from the MCU that I found zero enjoyment from. Except for maybe Ken Leung, but they saddled him with the worst most ridiculous storyline of the whole show.
Yeah Marvel will figure something out that works.
As we all should. I want to see Deadpool wearing one of those Wu-Tang Wakanda shirts right now for some reason.

It will be hilarious when the MCU X-Men is actually successful. You'll probably hide in a hole forever because you can't stand the fact that there's more than just X2 and Logan.

It really doesn't make sense to keep them separated when they are now under the same company. X-men are Marvel characters. The MCU is currently the most successful superhero-movie-making franchise in the world. Disney would need to be completely dumb to not place X-men under the MCU.

AoS is currently one of the best superhero TV shows around. At the very least, it completely blows every DC CW series out of the water.
