Well, you know... 10. Its brilliance completely overwhelms the few times I may not have absolutely loved a storyline.

I've only seen the pilot but I was underwhelmed. A show that points out the non stop hypocrisy, stupidity and loathsomeness of hollywood liberals has unlimited potential and should have been hilarious. Sadly it wasn't even slightly funny. I will try a few more episodes but if it's just a horse wallowing in self pity while slyly winking at the audience for being ever so clever for "getting it" I'll be gone quickly.
Also the animation is terrible.

10/10 for me as well. The dialogue about him mom at the funeral episode was Emmy worthy. Also, the story line with the sex robot was hilarious, lol.

Excellent show. Funny, dark, subversive and painfully tragic.

10/10.
I think "Bojack Horseman" is the Netflix's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding animated shows. Listen to the brilliant voice ensemble Arnett, Brie and Sedaris. You can practically hear every nuance of every emotion. ln terms of plot craftsmanship and sheer scriptwriting, this show hits a new peak of professionalism. "Bojack Horseman" is the most moving show of the 2010s about monogamy and commitment. The show is extremely uplifting. Their sarcastic humor is as positive and affirmative as anything I've seen on the blue screen. But the first season is one of the best, most powerful mediums ever created about self-preservation and dignity. It's universal message crosses all boundaries and instills one with the hope that it's not too late to better ourselves. Since, it's impossible in this world we live in to empathize with others, we can always empathize with ourselves. It's an important message. Crucial, really. And it's beautifully stated in the show.

9 or 10.
It's definitely one of my favorite animated shows.
It is ridiculously good and how The Simpsons keeps winning Emmys when this is around boggles my mind

Absolutely among my top twenty shows. I could narrow it down but I'm too lazy. 4/4
