Although the after-credit scene reclassifies the film as a supervillain origin story, I don't know what other genre you'd place the movie until then. Creepy guy with 23 personalities kidnaps teenage girls, horror ensues.

No problem classifying his The Visit as horror, but this had no real creepy moments and the final reveal cleansed the whole movie of any horror.

Not personally finding it creepy is one thing, but it was certainly meant to be. You got a guy thrusting knives at half naked teenage girls, and the whole thing devolves into a final girl chase scene.
