I actually liked Michael Clarke Duncan as Kingpin, they should have used him for a Spiderman movie. D'Onforio does an alright job in the series but Kingpin is supposed to be a huge, imposing figure, Vincent is just kinda pudy looking. Clarke looks like he could lift a Buick, far more intimidating.

Only saw it once like fourteen years ago. But from what I can remember and the countless riffs I've seen since:
PROS:
- Michael Clarke Duncan was pitch perfect casting as Kingpin for a 2003 Daredevil movie.
- Colin Farrell is hysterically ott as Bullseye. Nothing like the character as I envisioned but a blast.
- I do remember enjoying the final duel between Kingpin and Daredevil.
- I don't think Affleck is that bad. He looks the part and sometimes acts the part. Like with BVS it's all due to poor direction and a shitty script.
CONS:
- The screenplay is painfully dull.
- Jennifer Garner is laughably bad as Elektra.
- The film's confused portrayal of Daredevil as the protagonist while (as I remember) he is basically straight up killing people left right center.
- Editing and lighting is horrifyingly bad. Ghost Rider is worse but at least I could see what the shit was going on.
- It was enough of a financial success that director Mark Steven Johnson's lame ass could land the gig for Ghost Rider. Ugh!
- Doctor Grey is in this movie(?!).
...overall, it's still an aggressively mediocre superhero movie. One of the most forgettable from the 2000s.
