www.digitalspy.com/tv/daredevil/news/a869811/daredevil-season-3-viewing-figures-drop-season-2/"Daredevil's viewing figures have reportedly taken a hit, with the third season of the Netflix Marvel show said to have drawn in less than half the first-week viewership of season two. According to data provided to Screen Rant by analytics company Jumpshot, the superhero story's initial audience has dropped by 57% in comparison to the first week of the previous run." Not a good sign especially with Iron Fist and Luke Cage having been cancelled recently. It does seem interest in these Marvel Netflix shows has dropped quite a lot ever since the first season of Iron Fist what with The Defenders under performing.

All of them are dark and depressing with extremely – and arguably overly – choreographed fight scenes. I'm not even sure if I liked the shows that I thought I liked in the moment. I remember watching Daredevil and thinking, "Wow, this is awesome" and "Jesus Christ, does Matt ever stop brooding or rambling" at the same time.I remember liking the first two seasons, but honestly I don't have any plans to watch season three anytime soon. I did the same exact thing with Jessica Jones. I bailed on The Punisher and haven't even attempted to watch one of the shows ever since.

They're going to cancel it. Guaranteed. The Netflix/Marvel partnership is ending. Hardcore MCU fans are already looking to DisneyPlay to fill the void. I don't think Netflix did nearly as much to market season three as they did for seasons one and two.

I think the tone is perfect for Daredevil and Jessica Jones, but Iron Fist and Luke Cage should've been more fun to watch. The gritty tone is how they've decided to brand their universe. Punisher sucked. I thought it was alright at the time, but I remember thinking the other day that I might skip season 2. 'Angry guy grunting as he rips people in half' is fun for about the length of a movie, I can't stand another 13 hours of a static character with no personality.

I don't care if they cancel Jessica Jones or even The Punisher but I'd be very disappointed if they cancelled this.

Daredevil has been consistently good and Jessica Jones season 1 was good, but everything else has been subpar at best. Luke Cage was mostly slow and boring as was the Punisher. Iron Fist was the weakest of the season 1 series and season 2 was an improvement, but still not that good overall. Jessica Jones season 2 was terrible, unless season 3 is a huge improvement I won't cry if it gets cancelled.
Daredevil is the only show I'm really excited to see another season of.

Daredevil and netflix are the highlights of the mcu ending them is criminal NETFLIX cancelled Iron Fist and Luke Cage not Marvel, if anyone cancels Daredevil it will be Netflix's doing. So blame them, not Marvel proper.

Batman & Robin and Superman IV: The Quest for Peace are better than all the Netflix shows. Batman and Robin is pretty much an mcu its a double standard people hate it but love the mcu movies for having the same things.

No. How could they? It’s a continuity and rights management nightmare. The best we could hope for is guest appearances from the Netflix characters in the DisneyPlay shows and, even that’s a stretch. Marvel/Netflix TV shows are over. They set the standard for everything else in the genre on TV to follow. RIP - MCU Street-Level Heroes.

Batman and Robin is pretty much an mcu its a double standard people hate it but love the mcu movies for having the same things. You have to be completely tone deaf to think Batman & Robin is anything like ANY MCU movie. "tone deaf" is is key. Batman & Robin is not like MCU in general but the Guardians movies are the perfect analogue for the Joel Schuhmacher films: The Schumacher films may lack Gunn's trademark penis, turds and nipples dialogue or his misogyny but they make up with idioticly juvenile and nonsensical writing of their own. Mr Freeze's infamous Ice puns are practically the same as the cringe worthy " Star Munch vs Trash Panda " dialogue. As grown ups, we should all be able to agree on that both are unapologetic TRASH and genuinely TONE DEAF efforts for manchildren. No reasons to get sensitive nipples about it.

It isn't a double standard, Batman & Robin is a terrible movie that doesn't do anything right while the MCU does a lot of things right, you would know if you actually knew what qualifies as actually good filmmaking NPCnexus…
