Who are you to say he didn't? Does it make your dumb ass feel better to ridicule someone who had more intelligence on the tip of his pinky finger than you have on our entire body?
When Einstein was asked how it felt to be the smartest man in the world, he answered, "Go ask Tesla."
Tesla quotes: Yep. Smart. What phase of his life did he make those comments? Even Einstein became ambivalent regarding that topic near the end of his life. Plus, Tesla was entitled to his opinion, which is all that was...an opinion.

No, I meant what I wrote, you uneducated moron. You won't be able to find a single respected scientist who would contradict me. If we had an award similar to the Politics DBOTY, for the most brainless poster, she'd be a solid contender. I can't recall any other that comes anywhere near her in sheer stupidity. We do have an annual award that we have every year. It starts around November and final results come in December. Marv hosted it last time. Vegas hosted the first ever version. I and Moviefan have also hosted it before. Probably someone should start working on it!
How about hosting it this year? I can tell you most of the award categories.

These people were/are scientists. They only believe what they can see and measure. They are very limited. Regardless, I bet Tesla and Einstein believe now. They still exist somewhere. How do those scientists explain all the children who remember past lives, and have described details that were verified?

Citation or link? The don't necessarily 'believe' anything. They judge evidence, assess it, experiment, postulate theories, then see if they stand up to THEIR and peer reviews from other scientists. That is impossible because they are dead and their brain and consciousness and everything else possible died with them. Since no-one comes back from death it is impossible to prove or disprove this, except for the fact of their brain death making anything possible. What scientists? What children? What claims? What details? Verified how? Citations links and evidence please.

I was just about to start a thread about it. I was wondering if it was worth it this year... as three people and a parakeet are left posting here. I wonder if ADMIN... or anybody else for that matter... would be interested in doing an "entire site" award show of some kind. ![](https://s26.postimg.cc/gf93ycxax/giveup.gif)

It came in 2016 awards when Rabbit confronted each and every one who voted against him and had a mouthful to say against them. I was like what ![](https://s26.postimg.cc/tek3suwt5/laugh.gif) If I remember correctly he won the troll of the year in 2016.
I think we can make it interesting by adding some interesting new categories. Yeah, the numbers here are declining and I really feel bad for the board. It's never been this slow. But we can try. Considering goz showed no interest in being our host perhaps you may consider being the host again. You are the original host anyway.

Plus, Google all the doctors and surgeons who used to be atheists then became convinced of an afterlife and why. No way the brain can project a person's awareness to another location.

I hallucinated in a tunnel once. It was pitch black and my imagination started fucking with me. I thought I could see the walls from an eerie dim green glow. Nope. I could see the same image with my eyes closed and even when I put my hand over my eyes.
Then I started imagining we were in a room of black rock with red pillars everywhere.
Who needs drugs when sensory deprivation can make me trip balls?

In other words, it frosts your ass that there are lots of ex-atheist doctors and surgeons who have verified that patients who were unconscious verified to them what was happening in other rooms, the conversations that were going on both in the OR and other rooms of the hospital, and described details of what was happening in the room. In other words, their conscious awareness was projected outside of their body.
The very thought that you are stuck with yourself for all eternity also frosts your dumb ass.

There is very clear evidence of this phenomenon and its medical explanation. I can't be arsed to cite it so Google it yourself.

So, you take the words of overly translated interpreted fabled historic men from a time when there was no scientific knowledge about the working of the human body and brain over the amazing discoveries of modern science? Why are you on a computer and not writing to me with a quill? Why do you drive a car? etc EVEN you can't really be this stupid, right?

The brain is important. However, if we were all flesh robots and nothing more, WFT does the brain bother to create all those OBEs? Why would it be bothered to create 'illusions' where people say they were out of body, and described everything they heard and saw, which was then coraborrated? Would a robot be able to do that?

This is called a non sequitur or red herring argument. I never suggested this. Those people utilised the best technology and knowledge of their time. You have dismissed the importance of the brain by suggesting that it is not enough to give humans life and consciousness and everything that is human without some other outside nebulous fictitious 'God' idea, for which there is and can NEVER be evidence nor credence outside the 'fantastical' construct from within this wonderful functioning brain, of ours. No-one especially not me ever suggest this and I don't even bother to bring the concept of robots into this kind of argument. It is inappropriate and lacks relevance. The brain has no intent when those circumstances happen. It operates functionally as described had you googled the explanation of these phenomena or understand the brain chemistry involved in NDE etc. Another non sequitur as this has never been proposed. [/quote]And your whole post is a non sequitur because you can't answer the questions. Why would an atheist's brain produce a spiritual experience, which has happened, causing that atheist to become an ex-atheist? When you wake up from a dream, can't you tell it was a dream? You don't think those people who've had NDEs know the difference? And why would the brain produce chemicals to make the person think he is outside of the body watching what is going on in an OR, around the hospital, then the staff corroborates it? Why doesn't the brain just stay unconscious? Why do people have those experiences without having taken any drugs or anesthetic? Just because scientists found ways to manipulate the 'mind' via the brain, that is no proof that the soul or spirit doesn't exist. The brain, mind, soul, spirit are all different things but all using the body while it's alive. Once the body is no longer alive, the soul leaves it.
