Batman is known for this trope, as well as Spiderman and few other heros. This one is very similar to the Spiderman pose, but Daredevil looks so badass, especially with the black suit as opposed to the red one.
The shot alone is great itself, but in context of the whole season, and everything Matt has gone thru, it's even more epic. Matt has been born again, his faith restored, he mended his relationship with his friends and his mom and the city is safe again! And the swelling music of triumph is just amazing! They really outdone themselves with season 3!
