Yes, I believe in a young Earth, but I won't argue with those who believe in an old Earth.

And let's take dinosaurs as a starting off point... Did they exist with people? If so, why didn't Noah take them on his ark? Did they never exist, but Satan put the fake fossils there to trick us?

Yes, I believe in a young Earth, but I won't argue with those who believe in an old Earth. Some young earthers I have seen on message boards argue that god made the things appear old or that when god created those things were structurally old. Do you subscribe to that argument?

It's possible that they had gone extinct already by that time. If they hadn't gone extinct, then they were on the ark. There's nothing in the text to suggest otherwise. I believe dinosaurs existed.

I don't really have an opinion about it, but I guess it's possible. That could be why the dating processes that scientists use make these rocks look much older than my beliefs would allow.

You know that these dating processes such as uranium series dating are reliable right? Radioactive decay is pretty constant.

I have a replica of an Altimira palaeolithic cave painting bear on my chest... But, that is by the by... I did an online football match report a few weeks ago and didn't re-read what I wrote... Every time I mentioned a player whose surname was Hislop, it got auto-corrected to Hitler... Oh how I laughed when the complaints came back 😉
