Marmite spread- what are your thoughts? I personally can eat it every day. I may even have a small problem with how much I like it. Its just a perfect combination of flavors to me. I hear a lot of people hate it like Really Really hate it. i wonder if they eat it right  What about you? Tried it? What do you say? |

Never tried it. Why do people say it tastes like a dog's dinner? no idea. i mecer tried dogs dinner so cannot evaluate. if this is what dogs meals taste like then count me in, Pedigree! Its all about how you apply it on your bread though. Its quite strong and salty but in a good way. try it! |

condensated spread for toasts usually made out of beer yeast and salt I think Sounds odd I know but its wonderful on a toast with butter. Its a also very healthy... |

I love it, but here in Australia, our main brand is Vegemite and Marmite is the Kiwi version and a bit smoother. Vegemite is the most popular in both OZ and NZ though.
I like Promite the best though, which is Vege\Marmite knockoff and not as strong or as salty.

its an already made spread you put on your toast. i do do that. is that cooking? i to be completely honest - I also ocassionaly bake. like once every 3 months. |
