This seemed to me like a mash-up of You're Next (2011) and The Ref (1994) and was surprisingly gory and fun! This family is made up of despicable people, so when they start dropping off, it's vastly entertaining. It's from director Adam Marcus who wrote Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013) and directed Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday (1993).

It wasn't all bad, but I was expecting some higher production values.
It was so cheap and shitty looking. Adam Marcus may not be a big time director, and the guy from some Hallmark movies is the only face in the cast I recognized, but it looked like a really, really low budget. The camera and sounds quality were really sub par. I have a pretty high tolerance for this kind of low rent film, but I was expecting better from this. Oddly the best production values come from the end credits film strip thing.
Otherwise, some good ideas, and not all of the acting was bad, but some of it certainly was. It was decently paced, and the premise that reveals itself pretty late in the proceedings is pretty clever, but it takes too long to get there.
