Normally I wouldn't care but this is MNS talking so for all we know, it's a musical time travel rom-com.
I don't want to spoil anything for you, but there's a lot of references to the movie that it knows you think it's going to be. It's very aware of that, and it will tell you that, and then it becomes this other thing.

Who cares really! This is all to hype it up with connections to something else. Split's ending was condescending to many in the audience who didn't even know of Unbreakable and were shrugging their shoulders and shaking their heads as they came out. Is Shyamalan that arrogant to think that everyone lives in his own self-absorbed world of movie references?
Personally I thought that ending was the only good thing about Split, but my expectations for Glass are pretty low. McAvoy's character sucks and I fear he is going to ruin the movie.
