I really liked their scenes together in season 2 tywin was very nice to the girl servant he had no idea she was arya stark but i wonder sometimes if he did ...they had couple scenes together they were actually really cute i think tywin was a very complex man hard to understand . and i think even arya took a liking to him .

He didn't know. He took a liking to her because she was smart. Tywin liked that. "You remind me of my daughter" he said. Tywin was not one of the main characters, so he was less developed. Still, he had a few strong characteristics that appeared to make sense as a whole.
My very first post on IMDb was about him.

I enjoy these scenes in isolation. They are well filmed and the actors have great chemistry. However in terms of connecting to the rest of the story they are pointless and slightly ridiculous. Pointless because Tywin and Arya's relationship has no pay-off and does nothing to further their characters. Ridiculous because it makes Tywin seem stupid. He knows he has a highborn northerner child in his possession and he does nothing about it?? On a side note, these scenes also introduce the idea of Jamie having dyslexia. Something Youtuber Dragon Demands pointed out, is very likely based on David Benioff's own undiagnosed speech impediment. His video on why Benioff wanted to include this is pretty interesting.

These scenes provide exposition, especially about Tywin but they are indeed decoupled from the rest of the action. This is the drawback of these show inserts that have to somehow fit in with the overall story and often do it at the expense of some logic. Another such example is the Karstark about to lynch Jaime, justifying Cat's decision to release him. It makes Robb look like a fool when that crucial motivation is ignored later on. It is ignored because it was such an add-on. Tywin was shown to accept Arya's explanation of growing up as a servant to highborns, which was a good one, making her speech plausible. That of the "literate stonemason" was less so…

Well it may have been pointless, but personally i don`t think everything needs to have a pay-off. A an action of a character or characters does not always need to come with a pay off or ad something to further their characters. Of course if it has been a movie would have agreed with you. But since its a tv show and we have far more time with characters i personally have a different view than you.
