A poll by The Football Pools:
Just 21% of football fans would pick spending a romantic evening with their partner this Valentine’s Day over football.
45% would most like to spend Valentine’s Day watching football on the TV, with 10% heading to a match.
Asked to choose between their partner and switching allegiance to their team’s arch rival, 59% said they would switch sides.
Stoke City fans were the most romantic in the Premier League, with 55% selecting to spend Valentine’s Day with a loved one.
Not a single AFC Bournemouth fan polled would miss the football for a romantic evening 👍

luckily i had to baby set - so no going out but i sent flowers and chocs to work and bought her pandora not because i hate going out - I am just adversed to the rubbish over priced set menus only on offer in the vast majority of restaurants in that day. I was also a bit ill.
