He won titles with Pierce and Allen correct - i.e. part of a 'trifecta' and one of the first 'Superteams'? He carried the timberwolves his entire career before going to Boston. He changed the culture in Boston as well. He won the title his first year here, got hurt the second year and they didn't even make the Finals.

No single player has ever carried a team to a title. They were a consistent playoff team, without him they wouldn't have been. That's carrying a team.
