I must have missed when the Timberwolves actually won anything.......
No single player has ever carried a team to a title. They were a consistent playoff team, without him they wouldn't have been. That's carrying a team. What about the '66/'67 San Francisco Warriors with Nate Thurmond?

Well - what about the '74/'75 Golden State Warriors with Rick Barry

Also had Jamaal Wilkes. Every championship team has had more than one good player. You can't do it by yourself. Even Jordan didn't do it by himself.

None of those guys carried that team, they all needed each other to succeed. That Pistons team doesn't win without any one of those guys. Or Prince for that matter.

Exactly.
So you're pretty much saying KG is Chauncey, Ben Wallace, Sheed and RIP maybe at a little bit higher level.
We're in agreement!

He's a much better individual player than any of those guys, but nobody wins a title by themselves.

To paraphrase former Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull: "Kevin Garnett is a Hall of Famer and the voters will so hold."
Failing that, he certainly qualifies for my own personsal Hall of Awesome along with Psycho Sid, Saverio Rocca, Freddy Garcia, Otis Thorpe and Tony Romo, and that counts for quite a lot.
