.........were "swingers"? This week on a Chicago radio station, one of the DJ's was interviewing a woman who admitted to being a swinger (along with her husband). When the DJ found out that the two of them had kids, he asked how they were able to indulge in their "hobby" if the kids were always around. She explained that they did this on their 'date nights', when the grandparents would have the kids over at their house for a sleepover. Interestingly, he also asked her if any of their (the swinger's) parents knew about the husband and wife's "hobby", and she said they did not. Which got me to thinking about their (the swinger's) kids.......while the husband and wife obviously have a right to do what they want in their private lives, I wondered what their kids would think of their mom and dad, if later in life (or after they died) they happened to find out about what their parents were doing when they were kids. If these people happened to be your parents, and later in life you found out about it, would you think any less of them ?? SAVE FERRIS

No, not at all. In any case, who says that would be the worst thing my parents had ever done?

I would feel differently about them, but I wouldn't condemn them.
Also, I's try to find out the time frame of their swinging, as to know whether I should question who my biological father is.

I would be astonished.

If I found that out I'd hope that would mean there's a chance that my father isn't my bio father.
In all seriousness if a couple is cool with that that's up to them (though I could never go for that.)

It's lowers the people involved since it's a sin to do such things.

No because it would have been one of the least surprising things they've done.

Not that I think too much of them now, but of course I would. Who would be okay with finding out your parents were sluts around the time of your birth?

We all fall short. I'd be surprised, but it wouldn't change how I feel about them.

Hell yes! Because they spent my entire life (mom at least) being so hoity toity about that crap.
Meanwhile, it would let me know to do what I wanted.

What if what I wanted to do was a mass killing?

What if what I wanted to do was a mass killing? Then do it just be prepared to deal with the consequences. So again, why would there be limits?

I’d act disgusted otherwise if I show any sign of acceptance they’ll think I wanna join in.

No. I would be rather surprised, but it wouldn't make any difference to how I felt about them. Can't really visualise it though. My mother in particular was an extremely volatile woman and apt to fly off the handle very easily, and I have always imagined swingers to be very laid back types. 'Laid back' is not something you could ever say about my mother.
